I cannot believe it's been four years since the concept of Signature Workforce Solutions came together and formed what is now Signature Workforce Solutions, LLC. After helping countless individuals get noticed, interviewed and hired, I decided to turn my hobby into a passion and turn that passion into a business. God has blessed Signature Workforce Solutions, LLC and through His blessing on my business, I pray that my services have been a blessing to others. Our special anniversary blog for the month of February features a re-introduction of SWS (Signature Workforce Solutions, LLC) and all of its new products and services. Enjoy!

Signature Career Consultation $40 - Customized, professional support to help guide your career decision making process. This service includes: a documented and personalized Individual Career Plan (job action plan), Job Assessments (optional), Job Coaching and Job Leads. After your first initial fee, you can receive Signature Career Consultations for FREE for a lifetime!

Signature Resume Critique $10 - Need someone to take a second look at your current resume? Is it working for you? This resume critique includes: documented suggestions on ways to improve your current resume. If you decide to go with our services after the critique, you will receive $10 off your resume.

Signature Customized Resume $55 - Need a resume? This resume is for the individual who has never had a resume (entry-level). No templates are ever used. SWS will create a customized, targeted resume from scratch, documenting your skills, abilities, achievements and experience.

Signature Revised Resume $45 - A cutting-edge revised version of your current resume, that will be clear, concise and result-driven to gain the attention of a hiring manager to call you for an interview, or get noticed for a promotion that will eventually lead to your desired position.

Signature Total Career Package $165 - Combined services, saving you money and time. This package includes: a career consultation, resume, reference page, cover letter, interview prep and thank you letter.

Signature Executive Resume $90 - A customized resume designed for the Executive (CEO, COO, CFO), President, Vice President, Manager, Director and Founder.

Signature Executive Career Package $215 - Combined services for the Executive (CEO, COO, CFO), President, Vice President, Manager, Director and Founder which includes: an executive resume, letter of interest, professional reference page and thank you letter.

Signature Cover Letter $35 - A professional, targeted letter of interest, that will prove your qualifications for your desired position.

Professional Profile/Bio $30 - When you need to introduce yourself to any audience for any event or publication. This service includes a photograph of you and or photo of your choice.

LinkedIn Profile $65 - An online professional profile which links you to thousands of recruiters, businesses, jobs and or customers as well as professional articles. Expand your professional network and get linked with LinkedIn.

Signature Workshops $350-$1000 - Have a group or class that would like to learn about Job Search, Career Exploration or any topic (of your choice) related to job search? No worries, I will come to you and teach your group the Signature Way. All material are included in the price. Call for details, scheduling and specific pricing. (Special pricing for non-profits and church groups available).

Signature Webinars $35 - Want to learn how to create your own resume or cover letter or any topic related to job search from the comforts of your own home or office? I personally teach these online classes. Handouts are included and will be emailed after payment prior to the start of the webinar.

Signature Professional Letters $20 - Any professional letter you may need job related and non-job related, SWS can type it for you. This service includes: Thank You Letters, Reference and Character Letters, Job Search Letters, Letters of Inquiry/Interest, Networking Letters, Dispute Letters and so much more.

Signature Interview Preparation $35 - Mock one-on-one interview practice with me, using industry specific questions customized for the job you are seeking. This service also includes interview attire suggestions as well as practice questions to go over on your own or with a friend.

Signature Government Resume $125 - Government resumes are very different and longer than regular (civilian) resumes. Have yours done right to get "Highly Referred Status or "Best Qualified Status" in order to move forward in the next phase of the government hiring process.

Signature 30 Day Challenge $75 - SWS will customize a 30 day plan to get you hired in 30 days or less. Are you up for the challenge? This service includes daily homework, engaging activities and exercises to help you get hired in 30 days.
