How to Receive Services

1. Decide what service(s) you want.

2. Complete Client Questionnaire (found in the "Forms" tab) or send a current copy of your resume by  email (signatureworkforcesolutions@live.com) or by mail (P.O. Box 3009, Youngstown, OH 44511).

3. Include a copy of of the job description or posting if you can and if applicable.

4. Read and sign the Client Agreement (found in the "Forms" tab as well) an agreement can be sent to you by request.

5. Pay deposit or pay in full for service, please note: services will not begin without a deposit, which is 50% of the cost of service and you will not receive final product until remaining balance is paid in full.

6. Payments can be made online through this website (For your convenience, visit "The Online Store" to purchase your resume package, click here), over the phone, by credit card, or by cash or money order, payable to Signature Workforce Solutions.
